Filing Status Question

Hello,

I recently went for an interview to remove the condition on my green card.

I am divorce so I file to remove the condition on my own. However at the interview they asked me to bring three year tax returns. I have file jointly only once with my ex hubs. We owned money so we ended up paying IRS. But the rest years I filed as head of house since I take of my little nephew. Will this filling status hurt my case?

What can do before I submit my taxes to them.

You should consult the CPA to find out whether you have filed the tax returns correctly or not.
