Wife with expired green card - Divorce application in the US

I am a US citizen married 7 years back to a Nigerian Woman. She got a green card through me. She left me 1 year back to Nigeria and her green card is no longer valid. I want to file for divorce in US. I need to send her a copy of the divorce petition to Nigeria. How can she come to the US? I want her to come so that the mess can be sorted out permanently.
