My current employer had filed GC for me and my 140 is cleared. I have 3 year H1b extension till May 2014. I am thinking of changing job and wanted to find out
1. Do I need any document from my current employer so that I can maintain my priority date when new employer files new GC application
2. Does new employer need to file Gc within a certain time frame for me to be able to use the priority date from old application
any help on these question is appreciated
