My wife and I got married in Nevada, but we live in California. We want to change her surname to my surname. But in Nevada they do not put your new name on the marriage certificate. She has already changed her name with DMV. What documentation do we need to provide to immigration with the i-90 form to change her name? Or how should we proceed? Thanks
