Regarding WH4 - DOL

Hello All,

I am in a situation where i need your help, i work with xyz employer and he did not pay me for two months, but that was in april 2009 and now DOL is saying they can not do any thing on this as its two year old case.

I was new bie at that time and was scared by employer as he threaten me and was saying he will mess up my carrier blah blah ...

i know i am late but pleaseeeee suggest if there is any way i can workout. i only want that employer to be black listed for DOL so that no one like me face the same situation

Your employer may already have been blacklisted just because you complained.

Actually DOL lady did not even ask me about my employer she just said its late and hung up.
