Good day,
On August 9, 2004 I was removed or been refused to enter USA at the port of entry in Vermont for a period of 5 years as I was caught working (teaching baseball) in the USA without a working visa.
Few weeks later, I hired a company here in Canada (Global Transit) in order to work my file and have US Immigrations granted me the permisson to re-enter in USA again. All I got from them was a waiver valid from Feb 17, 2009 to Feb 17, 2010.
That being said, we are Sept 26, 2011 which means that my sentence have been technically over since Aug. 9, 2009.
I am not sure at this time if I am allowed to go to USA or not, whether it is for vacationing with my family or to apply for a working visa...
Who can help me in order to find out if I am good to go back?
PS. Since Aug. 9, 2004 (the date that the sentence is suppose to be over) I have moved to another house which could be a reason why I did not get a letter from US Immigration to tell me I was good to go again in USA.
How can I find out about my status.
