Sponsor claiming immigrant on tax return?

Hi everyone!

I am a green card holder (through K1 visa). My father in law signed the affidavit of support along with my husband (it was a contract between the sponsor - my husband, and a household member - my father in law).
I was wondering if he needs to claim me as a dependable on his tax return?

Also, is there anything else he needs to do besides updating his address if he moves?
