H1B extension/GC process and sponsor company
I'm working on H1B and I'm getting another good job in a consulting company. The new company agreed to file my GC ASAP once I join the company.
I heard that when your extension or GC filed from a consulting company, there are more chances to get query or got rejected your application. Is it true?
The new company is a USA based company and provides ERP consultant in USA (it's different then body shoppers). Such company got work/contract from their clients to customize/upgrade their ERP application.They offer me a position as Senior Consultant and I need to work from their office with 25% travel requirements.
Please let me know to join such company is safe or risky(chance of denial) for H1b extension or Green Card process?
