Reopening of i-130 denial decision
I want to know the procedure for reopening of a denial decision in case of I-130 (brother) application. My brother is a US citizen and he applied I-130 for me in 2003. In 2010 we got a RFE for submission of birth certificate. Unfortunately, we could not responded to that RFE till date due to non-availability of birth certificate issued by local authority. Now the status over the internet is showing that my I-130 application is denied. I want to reopen the case. Please help me in this case. Please provide step by step procedure for reopening.
