Double tatxation

Hello,

I am on L1B Visa in USA. My salary is being processed as part of India payroll and I am provided with a living allowance in US. My indian salary is taxed at both India and US. I was in US for the whole of 2012. I understand that per the double taxation treaty, I can claim a foreign tax.

My question is should i claim the tax credit in india or in US ?

I don't see how your Indian salary is being taxed in the US.
