S corporation W2 - SS, Medicare not withheld

am an officer in my S corporation - first year, own 100%. I paid myself a salary but I did not withheld any FICA taxes last year. The thing is that our CPA told us this could be done when filling tax return, but we have moved and he does not answer our calls, at all (he was supposed to do that, now I have to do it by myself and I know, I do not have too much time left) . I can file all the forms needed but this problem drives me crazy.
What should I do?
