Help for getting Tax refund

Hi,

I need help to get tax refunds from IRS. I am in india, so would appreciate if I can get email address for correspondence with IRS.

Any other way to get help from IRS would be appreciated.

I don't think IRS communicates via email regarding tax refunds.
