H4 visa - receive and send gifts - tax implications
I am on H4 visa here in USA since last 3 years and my spouse is on H1B visa working.
My spouse gifted to some $$$$$ amount, can I remit/transfer to india as a gift to my Parents and InLaws.
What are the tax implications for this.
I already know about 14,000 per year limit.
