How to correct Name on SSN while in India as given name on passport is changed.

I lived in US for 5-6 years with name on passport, visa and Social Security Card as "Raju"; as of today I am back in India since last 3 years and meanwhile I corrected my name on passport as "Rajesh". Since I may go back to US in future... I wanted to know

1. Do I need to change name on my existing Social Security Card"? or Do I need to file new application.
2. How I can make this change while living in India?
