Social security renewal on B visa

In 2011 I was in USA for a period of three months while being involved in a work and travel program (J1 visa). I was issued a Social Security printout, with the social security number assigned to me. The SS card was about to follow however due to my short stay I did not received it. Is it legal to receive this card now, when I am in USA on a B2 tourist visa?

you should contact agency directly.you should not have problems receiving it (only one being issued to you per life) , but it all depends.
