Should we file ITIN for visitors everytime they visit

Our parents are visiting us for the second time and we have obtained an ITIN intially in the SSN office

- Is this ITIN still valid, can we re-use this ITIN number for Tax filing?
- Does the 183 days stay in the US still applies for Tax filing?

You can't get ITIN for visitors any more.
