6013 H election , Married File Jointly

Hello,

I am in H1B Visa and I am resident as per ‘Substantial presence test’ for 2015. My Wife came to US on 31-Oct-2015 and stayed in US for entire year. Her last visit to US was from 01-Jan-2013 to 08-Dec-2013. She was not in US for 2014.

Now to file with Married File Jointly, do I need to include 6013 H election while filing ?

Please let me know. She has ITIN on her last visit.
