ITIN for Spouse and Kid
Hello Everyone,
My Spouse and Kid will arrive USA in the month of July, 2016. Will I be eligible for deduction of dependents in Tax Return of 2016?
Do they need to be in USA for 183 days in the same financial year (if coming first time)?
Let me know, if any such rule exist. In that case I will preponed my travel plan to them here in June.
