Certified copy of passport from Atlanta embassy for ITIN

I have received CP566 from IRS for my children living with me here in nashville, Has any one ever tried to get a certified copy of Indian passport from the Atlanta embassy, if so please share the procedure, i referred the website and did not find any option under miscellaneous service.

Any inputs would be greatly appreciated.
