Dear All,
I have come to US on H1 visa on June 05 and my wife and daughter came in Dec 05. Since i require to get ITIN for my wife, i am planning to file my fedral tax return along with W-7 form. Since, it takes 4 to 6 weeks to get ITIN number from IRS, ehich number should i use for my state tax returns?
Do i need to wait till i get the ITIN number to file my state tax?
Please advice me.
