My wife is american citizen (didn't went to US for 15 years) and now i am in green card process and we living now outside US an plan to travel after recieve green card
now we need to open bank account for my wife (US citizen) in the US from outside US
we have contacts 4 banks like ,bank of america , wells fargo , HSBC , ally bank
First 3 banks tell us we must be in the US , ally bank accept that we outside US but need utility bill or any document with US address and name of my wife that didn't exist also
what we can do to open the bank account from outside US with only US passport and SSN ?
