Hi I need a little help here, I'm filling my tax returns for this year and I have a daughter and a wife, can I get a return for them, they are with me here they are H4, I'm H1B, how could put that: married filling separately or married filling jointly, and also my wife and daughter could not have a SSN so how could I do, apply for a ITIN for both, or what?
I need you help guys, I hope anyone could have an answer.

you will file married filing jointly with your daughter as your dependant.

since this is your first time filing (it seems a little late AS THE DEADLINE WAS April 15th) why not use a tax accountant.
