W-2 Should be Consistent with LCA during H1B Amendment- Which State Tax will apply
Dear All,
As per the LCA law we know W-2 Should be Consistent with LCA.
Well, I have a change of location moved to Texas with the new client from California. Applied for H1B Amendment which is in process and status currently showing
as "Case was Received".
My Question- When your H1B amendment is in process and my W2 should run on Texas state payroll or with California state Payroll till my H1B Amendment approved?
