hi all my mother a LPR (greencard holder) has filed f2b visa petition which is going to be current soon. she is unemployed and doesnt havea bank a/c. she is ideally dependant on my cousin and my extended family members. She recieves free medical benefits like check up's etc. She also had a minor surgery covered under free medical. She doesnt recieve any monetary income as a social security.
my cousin is acting as joint sponsor to my application because my mom has income and no bank ac. Will consul officer create any issues because my mom recieved free benefit.
