Right now I am going to file - Marrried Filing Jointly. My husband had no income in US

Your's and your husband's visa status. Do you have any other dependents? Have you signed the tax treaty and whether you got the benefit for two consecutive tax years? Since your husband was not employed for the tax year 2005, did he get any federal assistance?
