Tax benefit for Parents travel expense from India

Hi,does anyone know if we can claim tax benefit for travel expense for parents visiting from India?
I had encountered expense for their visa,passport and tickets.
and how abt In laws?

Yes.

Yes, you can claim by applying their ITINs. However they need to stay for 183 days with you. Legally they can stay for only 180 days in a visit, this means they need to visit you twice in an year to claim them
