What if .......e2 is denied

So i want to get a e2 visa by buying and operating a gourmet franchise. But i recently graduated as master in health administration, and have no experience in the gourmet sector. I commit to the franchise, invest $200,000 in franchise fee, lease, inventory, remodeling, etc. and then the e2 is denied because of lack of experience?
Or can i buy the franchise and keep all other funds in escrow ntil the visa is granted?

E2 visa

Than is a good question. I keep wondering my self the something here. What if i buy a business thats worth 100 000 and my E2 visa is denied.That happen then. On the other hand how can i start a business as i was planning to do at the beginning when i am on a visit visa. Ament i allowed to work as the law say? There ate many questions regarding this matters that are not very clear.With one word it is a gambling difficult job
