E2 visa holder wants to marry a us citizen

Hi

I am on an E2 visa which expires on February 14th.

Is it possible to marry a US citizen in the US and change status and continue to work? Or will I have to renew the e2 after the marriage to stay and work legally.

Does the visa expire or the extension given at the last POE expires ?
You can marry anyone you want and file the petition and AOS with all the related forms, you cannot accept employment until you get the EAD card.
