Eb1a visa to change of status help
Hi,
I just received my approval for an EB1A Visa. This was a self petition and I got it as an alien with extraordinary abilities. Now, I would to apply for my change of status. What papers do I need to do it? I do not really want to keep spending money with lawyers. I am also with a F1 Visa and im under my "OPT" Time. My OPT expires in February of 2014. i need to do this ASAP..
