Hi,
I 'm a Spanish citizen, and in some weeks I'll start providing services (I'm in tech) for couple of American companies (they will be my only clients, and will be invoicing them about $8-9 per month).
Eventually, I'll apply for a E1 visa, but I'm confused about these points:
- What's the minimum value of the goods/services traded to be considered for this visa? Let's say $5-6K per month?
- For how long does the trading need to be going on? 6 months? 1 year?
- Once I had the E1 visa, what do I need to do keep the status once in the US? Keep trading (USA-Spain), or establish a company in the US?
Thanks in advance.
