E2 to Green Card

Canadian Citizen legally in the US on E2. E2 valid till Sept 2018 and date stamped on passport for stay is till Sept 2015 after which I can leave and reenter .

I am the beneficiary of F4 with a PD that is about 5 months away from being current. I know I can file a I485 and adjust status instead of consular processing in Canada.

Do I inform the NVC that I am in the US as they still have my Canadian address on record and should I do that now??

What does my brother who filed my petition for F4 need to submit and where - to the Visa center or to USCIS as I am applying for AoS not consular processing.

If you have close relatives who are USA citizens or USA permanent residents, the relatives may file an immigration petition for you as the beneficiary, it will take time 2-4 weeks, when you'll apply it..
