Hi,

I´m not an immigration attorney but I did come to the US on an E2 visa. As far as I know, just opening an LLC does not give you any right to apply for any kind of work permit. In order for you to be able to work in the US you need to be sponsored (either by an employer or by a direct family member such as wife). Other ways include making an investment and applying for an E2 Visa.

I strongly suggest you to talk to an immigration attorney that can evaluate your particular case and indicate you your options.
