Hi,
The firm that I work for is applying for an E-2 visa for me. On the visa form is a question: Has anyone ever filed an immigrant petition on your behalf with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)? Given the scenario below, can someone please help answer the following questions:
1) Is the answer to the above question Yes or No.
2) If yes, what information do I need to provide the USCIS? Both the H1-B and the GC? Just the GC?
I filed for an H1-B in 2009 while I was in the country but when I got the H1-B I had left the USA and never used it to enter.
My sister has also applied for my Green card through the family process in 2011.
Your help is much appreciated.
