I'm a co-founder of a advertising platform (ad trading desk) that is buying online ad inventory from US companies. The company is based in a E1 treaty country.
100% of our ad inventory bought is from US companies. This sums up
to a mid 6 figure amount of ad inventory bought last year from the US.
My question is whether I'm eligible for an E1?
We do not have anyone in the USA from my company, nor have a company there, so I'll be running things solo on my own. I'd like to stay in the USA to further our ad trade.
