Hello All,
I am looking for some advice around the next steps I should take. I have (had) an eligible E2 visa with my previous company. I have recently left them and have returned to the UK after 3 years. I still have a number of friends in the US and plan to visit them later this year.
I am confident my old employer has not informed the US embassy about the change in my employment status and therefore my Visa will still appear as active/eligible.
I was planning on going back on an ESTA but want to ensure there is no confusion on my next trip at border control. Is there specific steps I should take to change the status of my E2 visa?
