I am a Moroccan citizen, i am on a student visa (F1) in the U.S. My wife is English on an E1 visa in U.S too. We're planning to go England to visit her family this summer. Heard some people saying that if I go they won't make me enter England. My issue is that my visa is expired and i am going through a procedures of changing my visa from an F1 to an E1 dependent.
Am I able to get back to the US with my wife?
Is it going to be any issues going to England and coming back?
Is it easy to change my status from an F1 to an E1 dependent over here in the US? Even though my F1 visa is expired?
