EB5 Conditional Permanent Resident Petitioning for spouse holding an F-1 Visa
Hello everyone,
I have a quick question regarding my current situation. I am current holding a conditional permanent resident status since of October 2016 through my EB5 visa, and I'm planning to petition for my spouse who is currently holding an F-1 Visa before the end of 2016. My question is would this process have any negative effect on my status? or would I face any difficulty when I apply form I-829 to remove my conditional status when the time comes?
