Hi all,
I am new to community and do have a question re: E2 EAD to GREEN CARD process. Wife planning to apply for an E2 visa and eventually my plan is to convert to the E2 spouse visa and apply for EAD. Once I receive EAD and start working for a company, can my employer start PERM process for me under E2 EAD without converting me to H1B? Thank you all in advance for your help.
