My company got approved by USCIS one month ago and got a work permit for myself as manager of the company.
In the next months I am going to travel abroad, and need to start the E2 petition ex novo at the american embassy in Italy.
I am now filing the DS-156 form (page 3) where I have to fill in my current position in US. Am I supposed to report the current position, given that I was permitted working in US by USCIS and started 1 month ago?
I am aware it is pretty technical, still I hope someone can help. Thanks!
