I am currently on E1 visa with a multi-national company (X).
Got E1 visa with them 7 month ago.
Assuming another company (Y) wishes to sponsor my Green Card process and hire me once it is approved (or at any appropriate state),
My question is: can the company (Y) start a Green Card process for me?
What are the implications (if any)?
