Hope you are doing well.
I just have a question on EB-2 immigrant visa. My immigrant visa filed by my employer was approved last October 2015 and I started working as full time with them beginning January 2016 to present. I am planning to resign from my current employer as they have cut down my benefits such as paid-time off (due to company fiscal reason) and health insurance (due to my low productivity, which is beyond my control as it is dependent on the number of patients they have) benefits. My contract with them did not specify anything about the number of months I should work with them. Does USCIS require a minimum length of stay with an EB-2 petitioning employer? How would changing employers impact my plan for naturalization?
Hope you can shed light on this matter. Thank you very much!
