I have apply for the EAD for E3D visa and got some problem, hope someone can help me.
They are request for the principal's notice of action which for Form I129. It's my husband's first time apply for E3 visa and he got the visa from Vancouver and the I129 is not necessary unless you applied the visa within the States or applied for an extension.
So I have confused on the documents, since we never have applied for I129 so we wouldn't have the notice of action for it anyhow. Anyone knows what can I do to fix it?
