Hi all,
I'm currently on E3D visa and apply for EAD. I have received the notice ask me to submit my husband's approval notice for Form I129. It's his first time apply for E3 visa and he got it in Vancouver, from our understanding, the I129 is not necessary unless he has apply the visa within the States or have extend it. Since he never applied for it, what should I give to the USCIS? I have tried to call them and it's been in very hard time on it. hope someone can help.
