Hi,
I was looking for a bit of assistance with beginning my visa application to the US/
Currently I reside in the UK, but work for a US business as Marketing Manager. I am looking to move over to the US and have been looking at visas, it would appear that the E2 employee visa would be best for my current situation. Has anyone any experience of this process?
Also, I would be looking to bring my girlfriend with me, she doesn't have a job offer but is a trained classical musician and teacher. Is there any visa she could apply for, or is the best chance of her coming over if we get married and she is on a E2 spouse visa?
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
