I wonder if anyone can help please ?
I am the E2 investor currently living in the US. My husband and I were both 50/50, but he applied for an EAD which was approved.
He did not need to use this, as by the time it arrived, our business had taken off, so he continued to work for the business.
Do you know if he can change his status back again so that he is now 50/50 with me?
He was the original investor along with me
