Hi There,
I hold an E2 Visa and work in Texas.
My girlfriend and I were planning to get married next year.
She travelled here twice on an ESTA to stay with me, for durations within the confines of her ESTA. She was advised by CBP to get a B1/B2 Visa.
She duly applied and was rejected under 214b. Under advice, she was told to reapply, taking written evidence of her home times and her business back in England with her. She subsequently did this and at her interview last week the VO point blank refused to even look at the documents and rejected her again under 214b.
My question is, if I go back and we just get married now, will there be any issues when she immediately applies for an E2 Spousal visa and how long could this process take?
Many thanks,
