Changing job on E3 visa !

Can anyone help me with this query ?

I have my E3 visa approved and arrived to work in USA from Australia.

What do I need to do if I like to change job (assume that I already find another job offer) ?

What paper work do I need to fill out ?

How long does it take to process these paper work ?

Do I have to leave USA and re-entered USA again ?

Is there any website for E3 workers ?
