  • Investor Visa/Business Visa Rejected Twice

    Dear Sir,

1} I am a married housewife based in india & am 38 years old.my business visa was rejected twice in india by the us consulate. can i be eligible to
apply for an eb-5 greencard visa now.? if yes, what are my chances of approval notwithstanding my rejectio twice?

2}- i want to apply through some regional centre authorised by the us govt.?will me , my husband & 2 kids get the greencard on it?

3}- most important, i have my widow mother living with me as i am her only surviving child & married daughter. can i show her as my dependent on eb-5 investor visa? if yes, what are the documents & affidavit of support needed?

4}- will she get the greencard with me& my family , as she is all alone & there is nobody behind to look after her. she is 62 years old.

5}- if she cannot be shown as a dependent on married daughter, then, can she apply for eb-5 greencard investor visa in her name, at 62 years.? will she be eligible & get the approval to retire in usa on an investor visa?

6}- if yes, then, can she show me (her married only surviving daughter} & my family as her immediate dependents? will she get the approval then?

Please answer my queries as i am sincerely pondering over on an investor
visa. looking forward to your response.also, suggest some good attorney dealing in investor visa & with 100% approval rate of his cases similar to mine.

What was the reason for denial in E-2or business investor visa?

    1. If your denial was for lack of business experience, since you claim to be a housewife, then EB-5 will be fine. EB-5 is for Greencard so I don't see any problem. India must be a treaty country and you must invest over $500,000. Apply a regional center with strong record of approvals and strong removal of conditional I-751 approval after two years. Be careful when you choose the regional center. Getting the initial greencard is easy but, getting the condition removed is the hard part. Make sure you get the very best Attorney in the States who specialize in EB-5.

    2. Husband Yes. The children must be under 21.

    3. No.

    4. No

    5. Yes. Just herself only.

    6. No.
