Renew E 2 Visa

I send my renew application fro the E2 Visa to the St. Louis, MO office, and thei return it with the note: 'no longer process'.

I would appreciate it, if some one can give me any advice where I have to
send my renew application.
I try to call Immigration, but it is worthless, the system gave me a lot of options but not that one that I need.

E2 Visa

The application to your new E2 Visa has to be sent to the consulate in your home country. We are from Germany and renewed our visa in 2007 and had to go to the consulate in Frankfurt to receive the visa in our passports.
