Hi,
I am working in a company A in US and in an Managerial\Executive capacity on H1b Visa, same company has branch in Mexico, they are expecting me to travel to Mexico frequently for business. Even to travel to Mexico i need visa too. So my question is can i file for Green card on EB1 category. I have been working with the current company for last 6 months and i have total of 10 years of Experiance.
